Cancel 30 days or more before the course starts and you can receive a refund, less a 5% handling and administration fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the course starts and no refund is possible. Your payment is held for four months from the cancellation date; if unused after four months, it is forfeited. You may transfer that course to someone else.
Cancel within 10 days of the course start and no refund is possible; the payment is forfeited. You may transfer that course to someone else.
If a course has to be cancelled because of a natural disaster or other force majeure, tuition is refunded in full.
Registration and transfer terms+
To protect the quality of teaching and the rights of every student, please read the following before registering:
Transfers: if you cannot attend after paying, you may transfer your place to someone else. The person taking your place must not already be an intended registrant; anyone already on the enquiry or waiting list is not eligible.
Extensions and forfeiture: if you do not complete the course within the agreed extension period and cannot find an eligible person to transfer to, the tuition for that course is forfeited.
Tuition is for this course only: once paid, it cannot be exchanged for a personal reading, energy products or any other fee outside this course.
